Vicesima
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux
Vicesima takes Blackjack out of the casino and drops it into a roguelike
run: instead of chasing chips at a table, you're chasing an ever-climbing
Score across 8 Antes, each with a Small, Big, and Boss Blind to clear.
Every hand you Stand or Bust on scores Chips x Mult — your Hand Category,
your own cards' ranks, Relics, card Enchantments and Editions, and Planet
upgrades all stack on top before the multiplication. Between Blinds,
spend your winnings in the Shop on Relics, Consumables, and Vouchers, or
enchant your own cards toward a run-defining combo.
FEATURES
- Full Blackjack-vs-Dealer core loop — Hit, Stand, Double Down, Split,
and Discard — rebuilt around a Balatro-style scoring system
- 43 Relics spanning suit synergies, rank-conditional triggers, and
scaling engines — including Negative relics with a real drawback that
don't cost you a Relic slot
- 5 starting Decks, each trading a real upside for a real cost, chosen
fresh at the start of every run
- 11 card Enhancement/Edition types to hunt for or apply directly,
including Eternal cards that can never be destroyed
- 17 Consumables (Tarot / Spell / Planet) and 8 Vouchers for build variety
- 8 Boss Blinds, each changing the rules of the round you're playing
- A full Shop economy — rerolls, interest, and prices that climb as your
run goes on
- Persistent settings and best-run stats across sessions
CONTROLS
Mouse only — click to Hit / Stand / Double Down / Split / Discard, click
cards to select them for a Discard or a targeted Consumable.

This build is out for testing and feedback ahead of a planned Steam
release — bug reports and balance feedback are genuinely welcome.
